Biographie de l'auteur

Chai Har Lee holds MBA and is a Lecturer at Multimedia University, Malaysia. She has published peer-reviewed papers in international journals and conferences, such as Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, Global Conference in SME and Entrepreneurship (GCSME 2010), International Conference on Social Science and Humanity (ICSSH 2011).
