Synopsis
Neu-Belgrad war ein konkretes, soziales Experiment zur Schaffung einer neuen Gesellschaft im Nachkriegsjugoslawien. Während die Stadt und das Land wieder aufgebaut wurden, entwickelte sich sowohl in Jugoslawien als auch in der internationalen Szene die sogenannte Praxisphilosophie. Praxis of Collective Building befasst sich mit den Wechselwirkungen zwischen dieser Denkschule und den Geschichten der Großbaustellen. Indem sie die Mikrogeschichten der Bauprozesse eingehend betrachtet, beleuchtet die Autorin die theoretischen Fragestellungen kollektiver Produktion anhand diverser Beispiele: freiwillige Aktionen von Jugendlichen beim Bau von Neu-Belgrad im Lichte der marxistischen Praxis, partizipative Vorfertigung als Mittel zur Behebung des Wohnungsmangels in Jugoslawien und die Übertragung und Anpassung des jugoslawischen Vorfertigungssystems auf den kubanischen Kontext durch die Microbrigada-Bewegung.

À propos de l'auteur
Andjelka Badnjar Gojnic is an architect and theorist trained at the faculties of architecture in Belgrade and Barcelona. She is a PhD candidate in the Architekturtheorie department of RWTH Aachen. Her research interests are focused on histories of construction sites as a source for studying collective practices of making and on links between social theories and the collective production of architecture.
