Seit sie denken kann, ist Caroline Weaver eine leidenschaftliche Bleistiftsammlerin. Als Kind verehrte sie ihr Caran d'Ache Prismalo Buntstifte Set und spitzte jeden Tag stolz vor der Schule sechs 2000er Ticonderoga Bleistifte. Ihr Wissen und ihre Begeisterung zum Bleistift treibt Weaver seitdem um. Nachdem sie um den ganzen Globus gereist war, um die besten Bleistifte zu finden, eröffnete sie 2015 mit CW Pencil Enterprise einen Shop an New Yorks Lower East Side, der sich ausschließlich auf Bleistifte und die dazugehörigen Accessoires aus der ganzen Welt spezialisiert. Mittlerweile hat Weaver sogar einen Bleistift auf ihrem Unterarm tätowiert.
