Gurudass Kaur has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1972 and had the immense privilege to study and practice personally with Yogi Bhajan, a Master of Kundalini Yoga, until his passing in 2004. After living in two different Kundalini Yoga ashrams from 1972 to 1977, she, her husband, and newborn son, moved to Barcelona, Spain, to introduce Kundalini Yoga and train Kundalini Yoga teachers. Since that time, Kundalini Yoga has grown, not only in Spain, but worldwide. Gurudass Kaur presently travels internationally, from her home in the USA, to train Kundalini Yoga teachers. jenny Radha Kirin Arringtonis the Wellness Advisor at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, teaches at Northwestern University Recreation, Urban Yoga Chicago, and North Shore Yoga, specializing in Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayam, and many types of meditation. She is RYT certified, a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and certified under Harvard Neuroscientist, Dr. Srini Pillay in neurocoaching, with over 1000 hours of training. Radha Kirin takes her love of academia and science and blends it with many styles of yoga to maximize the experience for her students.
