Julio Antonio Blasco est diplômé en beaux-arts de l'Université polytechnique<br />de Valence et travaille comme illustrateur depuis 15 ans. Ses livres pour<br />enfants ont souvent été primés en Espagne et ont été traduits dans plusieurs<br />langues.
