Hiroshi Sawada is the owner barista of Sawada Coffee in Chicago. In 2008 he became the first Asian World Champion Barista of "Latte Art World Championship," held in Seattle, marking the record-high score. He then opened "STREAMER COFFEE COMPANY" in Shibuya, Tokyo. In 2015 he moved to the US and opened "Sawada Coffee" in Chicago.
