Such aco-compiler (see figure) has a partitioner which accepts input from ahigh level language source, such as, for instance a programminglanguage, or the output from tools like MATLAB, and automaticallypartitions it into parallelizable parts suitable for the reconfigurableaccelerator and the rest for running on the microprocessor.
