Synopsis
Les soins postopératoires du patient en chirurgie cardiaque sont difficiles car des changements peuvent survenir rapidement. L'état préopératoire du patient ainsi que les événements peropératoires doivent être pris en compte dans les soins postopératoires. Les infirmières en soins intensifs sont les mieux placées pour appliquer les connaissances dans la pratique car elles sont au chevet du patient 24 heures sur 24 et jouent donc un rôle important dans les soins postopératoires d'un patient ayant subi une chirurgie à cœur ouvert dans les premières 24 heures. Il s'agit d'une étude transversale descriptive en milieu hospitalier. L'étude a été menée au Centre cardiaque soudanais (SHC) dans le but principal d'évaluer les connaissances et la pratique de l'infirmière pour les soins postopératoires pour le patient ayant subi une chirurgie à cœur ouvert dans les premières 24 heures. Il impliquait 44 infirmières de soins intensifs sont incluses dans cette étude à partir de la chirurgie à cœur ouvert ICU, de la neurochirurgie ICU et de l'unité de soins intensifs intermédiaires. Les infirmières ont de bonnes connaissances en matière de soins postopératoires pour la chirurgie à cœur ouvert des patients au cours des premières 24 heures, mais la pratique équitable est plus élevée que les connaissances. Il est nécessaire d'être conscient de ces mesures. Sans cette pratique, les connaissances infirmières et les soins aux patients ne sont pas de normes élevées.
