La pr�sente �tude a �t� con�ue pour d�velopper et caract�riser les porteurs lipidiques nanostructur�s (NLC) de l'ofloxacine et de la prednisolone pour une utilisation topique en cas d'infections associ�es � une inflammation. L'ofloxacine a �t� obtenue comme �chantillon cadeau de Mankind Pharma Ltd, Vill Kyarta, P.O. Misserwal, Poonta Sahib, Sir Mour. H.P. Alors que la prednisolone a �t� achet�e � Yarrow chem., Mumbai. Il a �t� �valu� pour ses �tudes de pr�-formulation (propri�t�s organoleptiques, point de fusion, solubilit�, compatibilit�, max. longueur d'onde d'absorption). Dans l'�tude de pr�-formulation, des m�dicaments ont �t� trouv�s ayant les propri�t�s similaires � celles d�crites dans la pharmacop�e indienne (IP) et la pharmacop�e des �tats-Unis (USP). La photomicrographie SEM a r�v�l� que les NLC �taient sph�riques avec une surface plus ou moins lisse ; taille des particules 512,3-1703 nm et PDI - 0,399-0,742 (ofloxacine) et taille des particules 539,3-1736,7 nm et PDI - 0,335 - 0,711 (prednisol) 1) etc. En conclusion, les NLC pr�par�s avaient des effets de lib�ration prolong�e avec un bon potentiel d'administration topique de formulation de gel � base de NLC d'ofloxacine et de prednisolone.

Ofloxacin was obtained as gift sample from Mankind Pharma Ltd, Vill Kyarta, P.O. Misserwal, Poonta Sahib, Sir Mour. H.P. Whereas Prednisolone was purchased from Yarrow chem., Mumbai. It was evaluated for its pre-formulation studies (organoleptic properties, melting point, solubility, compatibility, max. wavelength of absorption). In pre-formulation study, drugs were found having the similar properties as described in Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP) and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). SEM photomicrograph revealed that NLCs were spherical with more or less smooth surface; particle size 512.3-1703 nm and PDI- 0.399-0.742 (ofloxacin) and particle size 539.3-1736.7 nm and PDI- 0.335 - 0.711 (prednisolone) etc. In conclusion, the prepared NLCs had prolonged release effects with good potential for topical delivery of NLC based gel formulation of ofloxacin & prednisolone. 116 pp. Englisch.
