Synopsis
Le modèle de matrice de Mueller d'anisotropie généralisée de phase et d'amplitude des réseaux polycristallins de tissus biologiques des organes humains est élaboré. Les investigations comparatives de l'efficacité de la technique développée de polarimétrie de Fourier à fréquence spatiale de degré complexe d'anisotropie mutuelle (CDMA) dans le diagnostic des changements oncologiques du tissu prostatique sont réalisées. Les critères de différenciation entre les états bénins (adénome) et malins (carcinome) du tissu prostatique sur la base des analyses statistiques (moments statistiques du 1er - 4ème ordre) des distributions filtrées en fréquence spatiale de CDMA de réseaux protéiques avec biréfringence linéaire et circulaire sont déterminés.
