Ce livre se concentre sur la fabrication de matériaux composites avec métallurgie des poudres. Il comprend également le test de dureté pour trouver les propriétés mécaniques et l'opération d'usinage pour obtenir un MRR optimisé. Avec l'aide de SEM, EDS et test de dureté, la structure et les propriétés micro ont été étudiées pour connaître l'effet de la température et du temps de frittage des matériaux composites. Les micrographies de Cu-graphite reflètent l'interface propre et une bonne compatibilité entre matrice et renforcement. Le résultat a montré que le composite Cu-SiC a une structure plus uniforme visualisée après le frittage, partout dans le matériau de renfort situé dans le matériau de base. L'usinage du Cu-SiC composite fabriqué est plus facile à comparer que d'autres car il a plus de taux d'élimination de matériau (MRR). Les résultats obtenus par cette recherche seront utiles pour diverses industries manufacturières et chercheurs travaillant dans ce domaine.
