L'effet le plus nocif de notre civilisation actuelle est le réchauffement climatique et la pollution de l'environnement. Le diesel, étant un combustible fossile, devrait se terminer d'ici 2050. Des changements acceptables dans les propriétés des huiles végétales ont donné des résultats efficaces et nous ont permis de remplacer le diesel. Le présent travail implique les paramètres suivants et leurs niveaux. Le moteur diesel a été testé sur la puissance de freinage 1,1, 2,2, 3,3, 4,4 kW. Alors que la pression d'injection varie de 180 à 240 bars à un intervalle de 20 bars avec 10, 20, 25 et 30 % de mélanges de biodiesel (huile de citronnelle). Une très petite quantité de substance nano-catalytique (CeO2, MgO et ZnO) est utilisée dans les proportions de 15, 30, 45 et 60 ppm pour améliorer les propriétés de combustion du biocarburant. Le DDSA est ajouté avec du biocarburant pour donner la suspension stable des nanocatalyseurs. Dans cette enquête, la méthode Taguchi en combinaison avec l'analyse relationnelle grise (GRA) a été appliquée pour trouver les valeurs prédites. Les résultats sont prédits par des techniques d'optimisation paramétrique, puis ils sont vérifiés par des expériences de confirmation. Ces résultats de confirmation montrent un bon accord des valeurs prédites pour trois nano catalyseurs différents.

The results are predicted by parametric optimization techniques and then it is verified with confirmatory experiments.
