The title of this book titled "Organization Development (OD) Intervention on Team Performance in the Finance and Accounting department of the The University of Arusha, in Tanzania, East Africa, connotes the essence of effective review and maintenance of the principles, systems, and procedures of Finance and Accounting. In this research paper, the author endeavored to come up with specific research methods to capture several methods of interventions. It is the author's belief that the benefits of this book would accrue not only to the Finance and Accounting department of the University of Arusha but also to other stakeholders and OD practitioners.
