Lack of awareness on the facility of library reflects on the attitude of learners. The study focuses mainly on the library resources and services available to distant learners in the University. The findings are statistically analysed to arrive at conclusions & valid suggestions. Library is one of the important support services of students which lure the prospective candidates to join the concerned college. Higher learning institutions have to employ strategies from time to time to increase the infrastructure in the library, which apparently consist of both the personnel and also learning resources including ICT enable services.
