Dans ce livre, nous avons tenté sincèrement de se concentrer sur les concepts de base de la culture des vers de terre ainsi que sur la production de bio-engrais et met également l'accent sur le développement socio-économique des chômeurs ruraux. Dr. Roy travaille en tant que professeur agrégé du département de zoologie post-universitaire Jhargram Raj College, Jhargram, Bengale occidental -721507, Inde. Il a obtenu son doctorat dans le domaine du contrôle des nématodes parasites des plantes de Visva Bharati. Il possède une vaste expérience en zoologie appliquée. Il enseigne depuis longtemps 20 ans au niveau UG et plus de 10 ans au niveau PG. Il a guidé un doctorant et a publié plus de 25 articles de recherche dans des revues internationales et nationales.
