Synopsis

There is no such a system which is completely isolated from its surrounding, it can be conceded that a conspicuous effect of environment on origin and progression of cancer is obvious. This posits that a holistic approach is required for explaining the cryptic nature of cancer. In this regard morphogenetic field concept is dogmatic for delineating the elusive enigmas of cancer. Morphogenetic field (along with its concomitant sub-fields like epigenetic field, quantum field, electromagnetic field, gravitational field etc.) has a prolific effect on the metamorphosis and the tenacious structure of organisms. Cancer can be called as a disease of geometry. Tumor formation is initiated when cells stop obeying the normal patterning cures of the body and gradually appears to be normal inside our body. This property of tumor cells emphasizing the necessity of understanding about the canalized pathway of morphogenesis. The expression pattern of glucocorticoid under chronic stress one of the epigenetic factor suppresses the production of cytokines and chemokines like IL-6, IL-12, TNF-α, INF-ϒ, NPK-30 etc. and also the production of p-53 by down regulation of p-21, Bcl-2 etc.
