This study was conducted to investigate the association between relationship conflicts and employees’ intention to leave with special reference to staff assistants of the selected organization. In order to fill that gap while finding the solutions to practical issue present study was conducted at XYZ Bank of Sri Lanka. The research analysis was based on the information collected from staff assistants of XYZ Bank. Data collection was based on primary data. This study was conducted to test the three main hypothesis testing and present study was co-relational. As per the results of the research study, there is a positive moderate association between relationship conflicts and employees’ intention to leave. As a conclusion, XYZ Bank should take immediate actions to manage relationship conflicts which lead to minimal employee turnover.
