SiO2 nanostructure material was synthesized by the Sol-Gel method. Thin films were prepared using a dip coating technique. The effect of laser densification on the samples has studied. A spherical nanocrystal structure of silica thin films was successfully densified by Diode laser (410 nm). FESEM images showed that the shape of nano silica is spherical and the particles size is in nano range (≤ 100 nm).
