Synopsis
Le but de ce livre est d'explorer les expériences des conférenciers sur le campus de Pretoria sur la mise en œuvre du programme national de vocation de certificat. Un processus de changement de programme a été mis en œuvre dans les collèges d'éducation et de formation (FET) en Afrique du Sud à la suite de la nouvelle loi de 2006 sur les collèges d'éducation et de formation (FECT). Grâce à la loi FECT de 2006, le nouveau programme national de certification professionnelle a remplacé le programme Nated Report 190. Ce processus de changement de programme s'est produit en l'absence d'un programme de qualification approprié pour les enseignants dans les collèges d'enseignement supérieur et de formation en Afrique du Sud. Le nouveau programme NCV exigeait que les enseignants du FET acquièrent à la fois une expérience théorique et professionnelle afin de pouvoir enseigner dans le secteur collégial FET en Afrique du Sud.
