Synopsis
Ce livre est basé sur les résultats et les études menées par l'auteur au cours de sa thèse LL.M en 2019 entreprise à la National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Il contient deux ensembles de problèmes posant un obstacle à la mise en œuvre réussie des indications géographiques indiennes ; à savoir la formalité de l'inscription en tant qu'utilisateur autorisé et deuxièmement l'absence de mécanisme d'application de la qualité dans le cadre du régime d'indication géographique indienne (IG), qui entraînent une mauvaise administration du régime indien et une perte conséquente d'un grand nombre d'IG indiens enregistrés, qui malgré être Le piratage et l'adultération endémiques en Inde et à l'étranger. L'auteur retrace ce qui affecte le régime actuel en utilisant des entretiens comme un outil à travers des études de terrain dans l'État du Karnataka et propose des solutions indigènes aux problèmes avec les GIs indiens à la fois dans le cadre juridique et à l'extérieur, ce qui en fait une lecture très intéressante pour toute personne intéressée par les progrès de l'Inde et les obstacles son régime GI E.
