As the management concerns all level of employees of an organization, from « Top to bottom », which means that the management, and regardless of the type management, I mean the management of the quality assurance, the management of human ressources, the management of the manufacturing, or again the management of the sales, concerns all the employees of an organization, from the leaders, to managers, and the workers, which means that the worker can do a management of the quality assurance at its level, for example, in a bakery shop, by supervising the date of the supply of the goods, and the limit date of the consumption of the bread and pastries sold for example.
