The study was mainly undertaken to identify the level of employees Safety & Health measures in the organization. Once the Employees Safety & Health measures are identified it would be possible for the management to improve the employee's safety and health. This study can be helpful for the management to identify the key factors for improving employees' safety and health with the help of suggestions and conclusions.
