This book is based on research conducted by Dr. Sheetal Gade. The purpose of this book is to examine the statement “Performance appraisal identification tool in creating effective instruments for stimulating employees”. This research would like to focus on investigating the role that performance appraisals play in stimulating employees. Performance appraisals are one of the key elements of human resource management. As part of the performance appraisal system, performance appraisal aims to achieve the following:* To enable an individual to know exactly what is expected from them i.e. agreed objectives and appropriate behaviors. * To enable an individual to identify and meet personal development needs. * To enable the organization to audit the capabilities of its staff and reward within a performance appraisal system.
