The field of moral leadership is one the approaches that has been seriously introduced in the leadership and management literature in the last decades of the twentieth century. Leadership is the most important factor in the survival and continued success of the organization. In modern organizations, the need to pay attention to organizational activities within the framework of ethical codes begins with the behavior of ethical leadership.
