Geological and Geotechnical challenges are very demanding when planning hydraulic structures. Hydropower, water supply, and irrigation projects require a detailed geotechnical investigation as a basis for the design. It can solve many problems, such as static and dynamic problems, especially in solving nonlinear problems. It has good applicability to hydraulic structure engineering. To achieve better results in hydraulic structure engineering numerical analysis, users are to be familiar with the functions and characteristics of the analysis software, and the other is to master the relevant mathematical and mechanical theories. The relationship between the two is fully considered in this book.
