Ce travail est le résultat de recherches sur les médias et la sphère publique et vise à comprendre les phénomènes causés par l'évolution des nouveaux médias et l'utilisation des médias sociaux dans les soulèvements du Moyen-Orient, survenus depuis décembre 2010, appelés printemps arabe. Nous cherchons à étudier le rôle des technologies de la communication et de l'information dans la constitution d'une sphère publique virtualisée et internationalisée. Nous visons également à identifier la relation entre cette sphère et les médias, et à expliquer l'utilisation des médias sociaux comme outils d'action politique dissuasionnée. À cette fin, notre méthodologie comprend l'enquête bibliographique des études déjà réalisées sur le sujet, et des thèmes liés aux sciences politiques et à la communication sociale. En tant que références principales, nous travaillons avec Habermas (1984) et (2003), Lévy (1998 - 2010), Castells (2000), Santaela (2012) et Briggs & Burke (2003). Mots clés : sphère publique. Média.
