This study explored the effects of employee engagement (Vigor, Dedication, and Absorption) with organizational performance and the mediating part of employee communication. Currently, limited research exists on relationship of employee engagement and employee communication, especially on education sector of Pakistan. This study will aim to examine ways to conveniently enhance these variables. The research methodology is compose of descriptive statistics, cross sectional and longitudinal design. Convince sampling method was used to gathered data. In this study, there were contained three hypothesis to be tested through primary study. The output from different tests reliability test, descriptive statistics, Correlations and simple linear regression tests did support to all hypothesis. The demographic factors also revealed a strong impact on employee engagement, employee communication and organizational performance as well. The findings from the overall results concluded that employee engagement (including vigor, dedication and absorption) have strongly associated with employee communication and organizational performance in universities of Multan, Pakistan.
