This Experimental study should be useful for ESL teachers to equip their learners to be independent in the learning Process. This book also sheds light on the need for enhancing the students’ workplace English literacy which involves keen listening, meaningful utterance, intact Writing and self-regulated thinking (Metacognition).

Dr. M. P. Shabitha is an Assistant Professor of English at Thiruvalluvar University Constituent College of Arts and Science, Kallakurichi, India. Dr. S. Mekala is an Assistant Professor of English at NIT-Trichy, India. She is the author of the book ‘An Alternative Syllabus for Students Majoring in English Literature'.
