Member states of the SCO then updated and submitted a draft of a code of conduct in the sphere of international information security to the UN and officials have called for others to support the draft’s underlying idea.

Galbaatar Lkhagvasuren is a cyber-lawyer and the Mongolian legal researcher. He is author or editor of six books, including 'Cyber Law' (2010), 'Resolving a Cybercrime by Court' (2015), ‘A Comparative Study on Cybersecurity Legislation in Mongolia and South Korea’ (2016).
