Synopsis

This Book is the Research work on Mites affecting the Apple orchards at District Ziarat. The Research work was Performed in laboratory at Departement of Zoology, University of Balochistan Quetta, during the time period of 2015-2016. The current Research revealed that the area of Ziarat district has rich biodiversity of Mites, damaging the Apple crops seriously. It was found that all the Six genera of mites are inhabiting this area. Among these six genra the dominant Genus was the Brevipalpus, while the most dangrous genus in our localities was Tetranychus. In our research we concluded that the average size of mites in the selected localaties was smaller as compared to the mites studied in other literatures available online. This Book will be helpful and will provide better guidance for those scholars, who are intrested in the field of mites, specially the mites of Apple orchards.
