A controller has to be designed for the disturbance rejection. . PID is a feedback controller and its implementation is easy so it is widely used in control system application. PID control tries to reduce the error between measured output and desired output by manipulating the process control inputs. Three parameters Kp, Kd ,Ki are adjusted to achieve the set point. Model predictive control (MPC) is an advance computer control technique.
