Synopsis

Nowadays, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) developments have influenced different social sectors such as education. ICT implementation in the higher education is standing for E-learning terminology which has already changed the process of teaching and learning worldwide. The government of the North of Iraq has identified initiatives in order to implement the modernization in several sectors including education sector.
