This book focuse on design of compact CPW-Fed monopole antenna using slotted CSRRs operating in the entire UWB which is spread across 3.1 to 10.6 GHz with a dual band notches to mitigate the interference from existing Wi-MAX and WLAN bands. The present proposed antenna in this book could operate from 2.2 to 14.9 GHz which covers bandwidth requirement of UWB frequency band with dual band notches of 3.3 to 3.7GHz and 5.15 to 5.825GHz such as Wi-MAX and WLAN in the UWB frequency range with low mutual coupling which makes the antenna a suitable model for desired applications.

Dr. B.T.P.Madhav working as Professor and Communication Systems Research Head in the ECE Dept.of K L University. He published more than 268 papers in peer reviewed journals and reviewer for several SCI journals. He authored seven books and guiding 8 Ph.D scholars.
