Synopsis

The study was designed to compare the career exploration behaviors and its impact on job satisfaction among male and female student in NUML. The main objective of the study was: To find out the perception of male and female students about the scope of their qualification. To investigate the career exploration behavior among male and female students in NUML. To identify the level of job satisfaction among male and female students in NUML. To compare career exploration behavior and its impacts on job satisfaction among male and female students in NUML. Male and Female Students of the NUML was the targeted population of the study. Questionnaire was used tool for data collection. Chi-square method was used for the analysis of the data to conduct results from the study.
