The CdS based Fe doped thin films formed by electron beam evaporation technique. Throughout the course of this research, several areas of interest, which have tremendous research potential, have been identified. These Fe doped CdS thin films find a variety of applications in spintronic devices such as spin filters or spin polarizers, solar cells, optoelectronic devices, etc. In order to know the usefulness of the present Fe doped CdS thin films, it is proposed to fabricate spintronic based devices and study its performance.
