Biographie de l'auteur
Prof. Mohamed Khireddine KHOLLADI state is a doctor graduated in computer science from INSA Lyon in France. He was rector of El Oued Universityfrom 2013 to 2015. He was director of the MISC Research Laboratory Constantine 2University from 2008 to 2014. He is still President of the Science and Development association and resp. doctoral formation.
