Bara Zuhair Albuoul, was born in Irbid, Jordan 1991. He has finished his Bachelor degree of Science in Civil Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan. Then he has completed his higher education in the Construction Project Management as a Master of Science at Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom.
