Synopsis
L'objectif de la présente enquête était de formuler et de développer des microsphères creuses de losartan potassium. Il est également appelé hypertension artérielle, dans une condition dans laquelle les artères ont une pression artérielle constamment élevée mais maintiennent également l'effet thérapeutique pendant une plus longue période de temps. Il appartient à la classe III des BCS présentant une haute solubilité et une faible perméabilité. Par conséquent, le temps de rétention gastrique amélioré du médicament à la forme posologique à libération contrôlée augmentera son absorption. Les microballons peuvent agir comme un outil potentiel sous la forme d'un nouveau système d'administration de médicaments contre l'hypertension.
