Considérant l'introduction du service de données mobiles 3G début 2018 en Palestine, ce livre étudie les facteurs qui influencent le comportement des consommateurs dans le gouvernorat de Bethléem. Le cadre de recherche est basé sur la théorie du comportement planifié (TPB) avec l'attitude, les normes subjectives et les facteurs de contrôle comportemental perçus. En plus de l'extension du modèle d'acceptation de la technologie (TAM), y compris l'utilité perçue et les facteurs de facilité d'utilisation perçus. Le facteur de plaisir perçu a été ajouté au modèle avec le TPB et le TAM afin d'examiner l'influence sur l'intention comportementale d'utiliser les données cellulaires 3G. Une stratégie d'échantillonnage aléatoire simple a été appliquée où la taille de l'échantillon comprenait 402 consommateurs palestiniens de 3G. Les données ont été analysées par Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) et Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Les résultats indiquent que le contrôle comportemental perçu, le plaisir perçu et les normes subjectives sont les facteurs influents. Alors que l'utilité perçue, la facilité d'utilisation perçue et l'attitude n'influencent pas l'intention comportementale d'utiliser le service de données 3G.
