Selecting the appropriate business strategy becomes a very important decision for Hung Vuong- Vinh Long Company to increase their competitiveness, achieve their long-term goals in the competition that already exists in Pangasius catfish export industry. In this study “Business strategy for processing plant of Pangasius catfish: A case study for Hung Vuong – Vinh Long Co., Ltd., Vietnam”, the author analyzed and recommended the prior business strategy for the Company by applying Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM).
