Synopsis
Ce travail a été réalisé dans le but de créer une application informatique pour la gestion des processus au sein de l'unité de procureur éducatif mixte « Dr. José Viliulfo Cedeño Sánchez » - située dans le canton de Jipijapa. Les principaux problèmes affectant la gestion des processus de l'institution ont été étudiés. Ils ont indiqué que les problèmes existants étaient la gestion des processus, ce qui a causé plusieurs problèmes au personnel administratif. Par conséquent, l'idée est née de concevoir une application informatique pour éviter de perdre du temps avec différentes formes dans le système informatique. Il était important de mettre en œuvre le système d'application avec l'installation de logiciels dans chaque ordinateur du personnel administratif car cela permettait une gestion efficace des processus administratifs. Les méthodes scientifiques utilisées dans la recherche étaient : historique-logique, analyse-synthèse, hypothétique-déductive, bibliographique, analytique et documentaire. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l'application a optimisé la gestion documentaire, en gardant un contrôle stratégique dans l'administration des documents.
