Synopsis

The book contains the unique innovative ICT model developed for the Indian context. The profile of rural youth in accordance with their Information and Communication Technology has been recorded. The effort has been taken to assess the agricultural skill gap among the rural youth respondents and factors affecting knowledge and skill gain among the rural youth. Different ICT platforms namely, Multimedia slides, Whatsapp, Mobile application, Web page, and Video have been developed using the 'need-based content' requested by the respondents of the study. The experimented results depicted the future scope of these ICT tools. The results obtained have been statistically analysed using several advanced statistical tools for triangulating the results.
