Synopsis

We propose a route of knowledge of pineapple from the principles of learning in action in local agriculture in the municipality of Venezuela in the province of Ciego de Avila, which contributes to local agricultural development. In this book, the authors also show the relationship between agricultural heritage and the Local Agricultural Innovation System (SIAL), since the concepts that this concept provides are very much in line with the Strategy for Economic and Social Development of Cuba until 2030, and its incorporation can facilitate the comprehensive interpretation (from macro and micro territorial) of the context of avian.
