Synopsis
The objective of Computer Development is to create custom applications or to improve existing software or other computer media. This translates into the study, design, testing, implementation and maintenance of the media to be created or modified. Indeed, this book shows the "philosophy" of this IT development, that is to say to present "a certain way of doing" IT development. On this, we focused on information systems. Most of the content of this book is based on courses given in the second year of the bachelor's degree (i.e., fifth year of study) in Computer Science at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Kinshasa. We would therefore like to thank the students of this class, who during hours of lectures and practical work, were able to discovering both syntactic and semantic errors, thus improving the course.
