Synopsis

analyses government procurement policy as a local development strategy, mainly through the promotion of locally based micro and small businesses. The survey covers two cases of government procurement in the municipalities of Belém and Paragominas, where a questionnaire was applied to 60 (sixty) agents of the population of Micros and Small Entrepreneurs, in order to parameterize between these two localities.
