Synopsis
Ce « CI Memo » est conçu pour familiariser les parents de patients implantés avec le fonctionnement du système d'implant cochléaire Med-El et également pour répondre aux questions des parents de patients implantés sur l'implantation cochléaire et expliquer leur complicité dans le processus d'installation du processeur de parole. Il décrit également les objectifs et les actions de l'audiologiste lors de la première connexion et lors des installations ultérieures du processeur de parole. Le « Mémo » est écrit sur la base de 15 ans d'expérience avec plus de mille patients implantés et leurs parents dans le but que les parents, les audiologistes et les enseignants, après avoir lu le « Mémo », ont commencé à mieux comprendre les uns les autres et le problème de l'implantation cochléaire en général. Sur le thème de « Memo », les auteurs ont publié des articles, des inventions et des présentations. Le co-auteur du « Memo » a une médaille du ministère de l'Éducation pour la haute qualité scientifique de la thèse de maîtrise. Pour confirmer la validité du « Mémo » à un employé douteux, toutes ses dispositions, arguments et conclusions sont étayés par des articles et brevets (voir la liste ci-dessous).
