In this book deal with parametric analysis of electro chemical micro machining. Electro chemical micro machining (ECMM) is a non-traditional machining process used for the micro fabrication .The advantage of ECMM that it can be used effectively with high strength, heat-resistant material which is difficult to machine with conventional method. The mechanism of material removal is based on Faraday’s law of electrolysis. It is one of the best alternatives for producing complex shapes in advanced materials used in aircraft and aerospace industries. Performance of machining setup is evaluated on the basis of optimum material removal rate (MRR). In the present work, the effect of various input parameters with response has been studied. The experiments are conducted by varying the various process parameters .Voltage, electrolyte concentration, and electrolyte temperature are considered as input parameters whereas MRR is the response parameter.
