Synopsis

Miba has been considered the lung of the East Kasai economy. As Miba is in financial difficulties, we are concerned about the important role it plays socially, politically and economically in East Kasai Province. The choice of our work focused on the revival of Miba's mining activities because such a company must be financially balanced and profitable in order to ensure its regular activities and play its role in society. This study is of capital importance for Miba because it will be able to attempt to formulate a value judgement on its chances of reviving itself in the crisis it is experiencing based on the suggestions of this study. Thus, the study would be of interest to donors who are interested in its management and its bright future with a view to strengthening their partnership ties.
