Synopsis

The purpose of the document is to show the process of the partial plan of integral improvement of the historic center of Usaquén, where the problems and possible solutions which are proposed for the sector are included, one of the main objectives is to evaluate and propose the revitalization (P.P.M.I of the historic center of Usaquén) is why the proposal of an architecture without function that also seeks the resolution of block centers with the concept of transition through routes which is located in block 15 (Distrital, 2017), in order to determine a cultural planning. This article describes each of the qualities of the proposal in order to obtain solutions to the spatial and social problems that today delimit much of the use of open space for pedestrians.
