The global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to the rapid development of mobile health applications and their use. This study provides an overview of the Aarogya Setu App being currently utilized for COVID 19. The Arogya Setu mHealth app can make a substantial contribution to containing and managing COVID‐19. This study explores the Arogya Setu app users’ experiences and expectations by conducting a combined content analysis of their reviews. Two hundred most relevant reviews were analyzed using descriptive statistics and analysis. This study aims to understand the perception of users towards this app by using variables like ease of use of the app (EU), perceived usefulness (PU), behavioral intention (BI), and Intended inquiry (II). For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed and data were collected from 200 respondents. The questionnaires were prepared by making use of the TAM method. In order to analyze the results, correlation-regression methods are used. And the results show that these variables (PU, EU, BI, II) have a significant relationship with the perception of users towards the Aarogya Setu App.
